Co-working spaces in Huntingburg?

Longtime lurker here, You can expect to pay around $825 for rent here. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've lived in Sunset for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The weather scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to San Diego it's solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is average in most areas.

I'm a project manager and I've found it exceeded my expectations. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 10 years ago. I genuinely enjoy living here. Still getting used to weather but No regrets on my end..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 7 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a marketing manager, 27, moved here 6 years ago from Portland. I've lived in Pine Hills and West, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Cost of living is very reasonable
2. Good airport with direct flights
3. Lots of family-friendly activities
4. The people are generally decent - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Winters are long and cold
2. Limited shopping options
3. The school system situation is stable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Pine Hills: Great for remote workers. hit or miss vibes, walkable.
- West: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Portland, everything felt improving. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are pricey. Gas is competitive. You can live comfortably on $70K-$130K here.

**Final verdict:**
Would recommend to anyone considering it.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
