Huntington vs New York -which is better?

Hey everyone, The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Cedar Grove area are solid. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Definitely worth checking out..
