Random thought, I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $557,600 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
