Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. With a population of 53,658, Huntington Park is a smaller city. Median household income is $56,952, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,440/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $557,600, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
