Hey folks, I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,440 for rent here. Household incomes average around $56,952 in Huntington Park. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
