Hey, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. You can expect to pay around $1,440 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? Appreciate any input. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
