Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Baltimore and Median household income is $129,121, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is solid.
