Huntington housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey, I'm originally from Indianapolis and The median home value here is around $118,800, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Denver it's average.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much competitive but now it's improving.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
