Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $118,800 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for reading. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
