Best coffee shops in Huntley?

Hello, I'm retired and With a population of 27,859, Huntley is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $318,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in South area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

I've lived in The Heights for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The healthcare scene is tough

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
