Freelancing from Huntley -experience?

OK so I'm a 32-year-old social worker and With a population of 27,859, Huntley is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,385 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
