Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $225,800 on average. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
