Hi all, Homes are going for about $225,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
