Things that make Huntsville unique

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Rent is about $981/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 46,917 people. Poverty rate is 12.2%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
