Top 5 things I love about Hurlburt Field

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Hurlburt Field sits at 340.0 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from San Diego about 5 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good schools in most areas
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are reasonable, gas is tough.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Hope this helps!.
