Just moved here 8 months ago and The median home value here is around $164,700, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $51,556 in Huron. Homes are going for about $164,700 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Huron sits at 419.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
