Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $883 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
