Hutchinson in the winter -how bad?

First post here. Homes are going for about $122,600 on average. Rent is about $883/month for a decent place. With a population of 39,837, Hutchinson is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $58,801 in Hutchinson. Median household income is $58,801, which feels about average for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
