Quick question about Hutchinson

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 39,837, Hutchinson is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Hutchinson sits at 378.4 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
