Remote worker thinking about Hutchison

Random thought, With a population of 6,936, Hutchison is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've lived in Sunset for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
