I've been here for 19 years and It's a a small town city with about 20,861 people. Homes are going for about $463,500 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
