Moving to Hybla Valley -what should I know?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much manageable but now it's pretty good.

Moved here from Denver about 15 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to public transit but No regrets on my end..
