Housing in Hyde Park compared to Baltimore
I'm originally from Tucson and With a population of 5,410, Hyde Park is a small town. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
