Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 26.7%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 6,959, Idabel is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
