Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Idylwood sits at 130.5 per 100K. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
