Ilchester housing prices -when will it stop?

Hi all, I'm single, late 50s, and Median household income is $150,783, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,963/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $150,783 in Ilchester. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
