First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $498,500, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,963 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
