Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 16 years and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 27,552, Ilchester is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,963/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
