My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,963 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Ilchester sits at 593.4 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,552 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
