Imlay City housing prices -when will it stop?
Hey folks, I work in real estate and You can expect to pay around $764 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $55,061, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 20.8%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
