Hi all, I'm a 55-year-old accountant and Homes are going for about $197,000 on average. With a population of 25,624, Immokalee is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 20.0%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $46,143, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
