Honest thoughts on life in Immokalee

We're a young couple and Rent is about $941/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 20.0%, which is higher than I expected. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
