I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,624 people. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Immokalee sits at 1,103.0 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The job market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Fairview area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
