Healthcare options in Imperial Beach?

First post here. Been living here since 2020. Median household income is $79,071, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Imperial Beach?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 13 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
