Hello, I'm a 32-year-old restaurant manager and Rent is about $1,914/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $79,071 in Imperial Beach. You can expect to pay around $1,914 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
