Should I move to Imperial Beach or stay in Kansas City?

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are With a population of 25,897, Imperial Beach is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $811,000 on average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,897 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The job market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
