Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $87,949 in Imperial. With a population of 5,617, Imperial is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Is Imperial still affordable?

Hey, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Imperial sits at 632.9 per 100K. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this?

Affordable areas near Imperial?

Curious what people think. I work in retail and It's a a small town city with about 5,617 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
