Co-working spaces in Incline Village?

Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $1,963 for rent here. Rent is about $1,963/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Uptown. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in tech. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from San Francisco about 12 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Lots of new development happening
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are affordable, gas is decent.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Feel free to reach out with questions..
