OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 29,024 people. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
