Planning a move to Independence -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, You can expect to pay around $1,204 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'm a electrician and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
