Grocery stores in Indian Hills -recommendations?
Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $469,700, which is pretty steep. Am I wrong here?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a writer who relocated here from LA about 12 years ago. The main reasons were family and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Diverse dining options
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Dating scene is rough
- Far from beaches/mountains
Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are stable, gas is underrated.
Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth checking out..
