From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The traffic is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much wild but now it's better than expected.
