Housing market in Indian Trail right now
Alright, Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?

I've lived in Fairview for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events and festivals
- The safety scene is improving
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Urban sprawl is real
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
