Indiana is underrated, change my mind
Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 14,170 people. With a population of 14,170, Indiana is a small town. Rent is about $806/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $123,300 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
