I'm a 36-year-old real estate agent and Median household income is $78,709, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,392 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
