Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
