Inglewood vs Baltimore -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $744,300, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,725 for rent here. Homes are going for about $744,300 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Diverse community
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- High property taxes
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'm a sales manager and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
