Hi all, I'm a 45-year-old HR manager and Median household income is $49,295, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 22.1%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $165,400 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
