Landon Mitchell best-worst Apr 9, 2025

Hey folks, Been living here since 2010. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 29.9%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned?
