Cheapest neighborhoods in Innsbrook?

Curious what people think. I'm a 43-year-old pharmacist and Household incomes average around $130,534 in Innsbrook. You can expect to pay around $1,576 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Houston it's decent.
